House - Quarry Beach Stunning Sea Views

Our house is in a fabulous elevated position making the most of the views out across Quarry beach to the islands. We are a 3 minute walk from the beach.

The house has a large balcony to the front with sun loungers & a terrace off the kitchen.

The property is all on one upper level accessed via a staircase from the driveway.

There are 3 large king sized bedrooms

One main bathroom with a bath and shower

The Livingroom has ample seating

The house has a very large private use balcony off the living area.
There is a private use patio area off the kitchen which gets the
afternoon/evening sunshine.

Whilst we are pet friendly we only allow 2 small dogs or 1 medium/large dog in our property.

Driving here is on a single track road along the side of the Llanbedrog headland. For those less confident drivers we advise approaching the property via Llanbedrog church to avoid a hair pin bend.

The location is what gives the property the wow factor.

The driveway is shared access

We have BT full fibre 900 on site for those who might need to work during their stay.

We are literally a minutes walk to one of the most beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches in Wales.

Abersoch is within easy reach, a few minutes drive by car (max 3 miles) or by foot along the beach at low tide which we highly recommend.

The house has a private ground floor level which is used for host storage and maintenance purposes.
